摘要
献血者安全监测(donor haemovigilance,DHV)是血液安全监测的主要内容之一。近年来,国内外在完善DHV法规标准体系、建设监测系统和推进献血者安全工作实践等方面取得了较大的进展。我们对WHO推进全球血液安全监测体系建设与发展的贡献、国际输血医学伦理规范的献血者安全伦理原则、献血不良反应标准、国内外开展DHV的系统和所取得的成就进行回顾,并提出我国进一步加强献血者安全保障工作的展望和建议。
Donor haemovigilance(DHV)is one of the main contents of haemovigilance.In recent years,great progress has been made in improving DHV regulations and standards,establishing and developing DHV systems and promoting blood donor safety.Herein we review the contribution of WHO to promote the construction and development of the global haemovigilance system,the ethical principles of donor safety of the code of ethics relating to transfusion medicine issued by the International Society of Blood Transfusion,the standards of blood donation adverse reaction,the systems and achievements of DHV,and put forward prospects and suggestions for further strengthening the safety of blood donors in China.
