摘要
上呼吸道感染作为人群普遍易感的自限性疾病,对慢性肾脏病病程进展及病变预后具有一定影响,现代医学以对症治疗为主,往往事倍功半,而中医药对于防治CKD上呼吸道感染疗效确切。天津市名中医张宗礼教授长期从事慢性肾脏病临床工作,对CKD上呼吸道感染的防治颇有心得。笔者拟从张宗礼教授对个体化病机传变的认识、临床应对与处理及典型病案分析等方面总结整理。
Upper respiratory tract infection is a self-limited disease that is generally susceptible to in the population.It has a certain impact on the progression of chronic kidney disease and the prognosis of the disease.Modern medicine mainly focuses on symptomatic treatment,which often results in half the effort.Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in preventing and treating upper respiratory tract infections in CKD.Professor Zhang Zongli,a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Tianjin City,has long been engaged in clinical work in chron-ic kidney disease and has considerable experience in the prevention and treatment of upper respiratory tract infections in CKD.The author intends to summarize and compile Professor Zhang Zongli's understanding of individualized pathogenesis,clinical response and treatment,and analysis of typical medical records.
