摘要
“毒”本义为毒草,后逐渐引申为对人体有害之物。《黄帝内经》(以下简称《内经》)中多处提到“毒”,如苛毒、寒毒、热毒等,但书中“毒”的含义有别。该文结合“毒”字之本义,基于《内经》核心观念,从象、阴阳、五行等角度分析“毒”,认为《内经》中:“毒”的定义包含有害之物、致病因素以及治疗等意。在对疾病之毒的认识上,可以认为突发、暴烈,难治、危重以及缠绵、久病等特点均为毒的外在表象。在治疗时也不同于一般疾病,而是多采取毒性较大的药物,而且用量也较多,以及治疗“毒”的药性亦多偏峻猛。对疫毒治疗来说,注意从膜原来论治。并结合翟双庆教授临床经验,提出相应的治法方药。以期为临床诊疗提供思路并为《内经》基础理论研究提供借鉴。
The original meaning of“poison”is poisonous grass,and then gradually extended to harmful things to the human body.There are many references to“poison”in the Inner Canon of Huangdi,such as caustic,cold,hot and so on,but the meaning of“poison”in the book is different.Based on the original meaning of the word“poison”and the core concept of Inner Canon of Huangdi,this paper analyzes the word“poison”from the angles of image,Yin-Yang and five elements,it is believed that the definition of poison in Inner Canon of Huangdi contains harmful substances,pathogenic factors and therapeutic implications.In the understanding of the virus of the disease,we can think that the characteristics of sudden,violent,refractory,critical and lingering,long-term disease are the external appearance of the virus.In the treatment is also different from the general disease,but take more toxic drugs,but also more dosage,and treatment of“toxic”drug is more severe.For the treatment of epidemic toxin,pay attention to the original treatment from the membrane.Combined with Professor ZHAI Shuangqing's clinical experience,the author put forward the corresponding treatment method and prescription.In order to provide clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas and for the Inner Canon of Huangdi basic theoretical research to provide reference.
