摘要
利用氧氯化反应平衡1,2-二氯乙烷(EDC)裂解产生的氯化氢是乙烯法氯乙烯(VCM)生产过程中的一个必要环节。本文介绍了40万t/a PVC装置的氧氯化系统反在近期生产中暴露出的运行故障,反映出固定床工艺自身难以规避的问题,针对这些问题进行了分析和优化处置。
Utilizing hydrogen chloride generated from the cracking of 1,2-dichloroethane(EDC)in the oxychlorination reaction balance is a necessary link in the production process of vinyl chloride(VCM)by the ethylene process.This paper introduces the operational failures exposed during the recent production of the oxychlorination system of the 400 kt/a PVC plant,reflecting the problems that are difficult to avoid in the fixed-bed process itself.These problems have been analyzed and optimized for disposal.
