摘要
文章结合人力资源管理与会计学的专业知识与实际工作经验,从业财结合的视角,探讨了医院人力资源管理信息化系统与会计薪酬绩效管理的关系。结果表明,医院人力资源管理信息系统在与财务管理信息系统对接,高效、准确、及时完成医院薪酬绩效管理及完善其内部控制方面具有显著作用。
The author of this article combines his professional knowledge and practical work experience in human resource management and accounting,and from the perspective of combining industry and finance,explores the relationship between hospital human resource management information systems and accounting salary performance management.The hospital human resource management information system plays a significant role in integrating with the financial management information system,efficiently,accurately,and timely completing hospital salary and performance management,and improving its internal controls.
