摘要
随着预算管理制度改革的不断推进,加强预算编制、预算执行、预算绩效管理成为行政事业单位财务工作的重要任务之一。科学的、精细化的预算编制不仅能合理配置资源还能使单位财务管理水平得到不断优化和提升。基层行政事业单位预算管理目前存在诸多不足,预算管理优势尚未发挥作用。文章将从预算管理重要性出发,阐述基层行政事业单位预算管理工作中常见的问题并提出改进意见,为完善基层行政事业单位预算管理工作提供参考。
As the reform of the budget management system continues to advance,strengthening budget preparation,budget execution,and budget performance management has become one of the key tasks in the financial work of administrative institutions.Scientific and refined budget preparation not only enables the rational allocation of resources but also continuously optimizes and enhances the financial management level of these institutions.Currently,there are many inadequacies in the budget management of grassroots administrative institutions.This paper discusses common issues in the budget management of grassroots administrative institutions and proposes improvement suggestions.The aim is to provide a reference for enhancing the budget management work of grassroots administrative institutions.
