摘要
目的:探究优质护理在冠心病患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年1—12月贵阳市乌当区妇幼保健院收治的80例冠心病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用优质护理。对比两组西雅图心绞痛表评分、出院时间、不良事件发生率及护理满意度。结果:干预前,两组西雅图心绞痛量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组西雅图心绞痛量表评分升高,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。试验组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P=0.023)。试验组护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.025)。结论:优质护理在冠心病患者中的应用效果较好,有利于缓解疾病症状,缩短住院时间,降低不良事件发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective:To investigate the application value of quality nursing in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:Eighty cases of coronary heart disease patients admitted to Guiyang Wudang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,each with forty cases.The control group adopted conventional nursing,and the experimental group adopted quality nursing.The two groups were compared in terms of Seattle Angina Scale score,discharge time,incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction.Results:Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the Seattle Angina Scale scores of the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the Seattle Angina Scale scores of the two groups were elevated,and the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.001).The incidence rate of adverse events of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P=0.023).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.025).Conclusion:The application of quality nursing in patients with coronary heart disease is effective,which is conducive to alleviating the symptoms of the disease,shortening the hospitalization time,reducing the incidence of adverse events,and improving the patients'nursing satisfaction.
