摘要
目的:探讨半夏白术天麻汤联合氨氯地平片治疗高血压的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月黔东南苗族侗族自治州中医医院收治的60例原发性高血压患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组和试验组,各30例。参照组采用氨氯地平片治疗,试验组采用半夏白术天麻汤联合氨氯地平片治疗。对比两组中医证候评分、血压水平、不良反应发生率。结果:干预前,两组眩晕、心悸胸闷、头重如裹评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组眩晕、心悸胸闷、头重如裹评分均降低,试验组低于参照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组收缩压与舒张压水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预2周、1个月后,两组收缩压与舒张压水平均下降,试验组低于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于参照组(P=0.028)。结论:在应用氨氯地平的基础上联合半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗高血压可以提高治疗效果,改善临床证候,稳定血压水平,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with amlodipine tablets in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:Sixty patients with essential hypertension admitted to Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each with thirty cases.The reference group was treated with amlodipine tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with amlodipine tablets.The Chinese medicine evidence scores,blood pressure levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of vertigo,palpitation and chest tightness,and heaviness of the head in the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the scores of vertigo,palpitation and chest tightness,and heaviness of the head in the two groups were reduced,and the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistical significance in the differences in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels in the two groups(P>0.05);after 2 weeks and 1 month of intervention,the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased in both groups,and the experimental group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P=0.028).Conclusion:The combination of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction plus reduction on the basis of amlodipine for the treatment of hypertension can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the clinical symptoms,stabilize the blood pressure level,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
