摘要
心衰是各种心血管疾病进展的终末阶段。中医对于心衰的治疗以整体观念为基础,施以辨证论治,取得了良好疗效。孙兰军教授治疗心衰的临床经验强调心病多瘀,以虚为本。孙兰军教授提出,心衰多见于慢性心病,表现为心气不足和心阳亏虚,病理过程包括“虚、瘀、水”,治疗原则为益气活血,活血化瘀,温阳利水,并注意滋阴。孙教授在临床实践中注重个体差异,调整药物,强调病证结合,以益气温阳为核心,利水消肿和活血理气为关键,以达到治疗效果。该文总结1例长程诊疗患者的就诊过程,探讨孙教授治疗心衰的用药经验。
Heart failure is the final stage of various cardiovascular diseases,it belongs to the category of heart failure in traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment of heart failure in traditional Chinese medicine is based on the holistic concept and based on evidence-based treatment,which has achieved good therapeutic effects.Professor Sun Lanjun's clinical experience in treating heart failure emphasizes that heart diseases are characterized by stasis,with deficiency as the root cause.According to Professor Sun Lanjun,heart failure is mostly seen in chronic heart diseases,which manifests as insufficiency of heart Qi and deficiency of heart Yang,and the pathological process includes"emptiness,stasis,and water",and the principle of treatment is to benefit Qi and activate blood circulation,activate blood circulation and remove blood stasis,warm Yang and benefit water,and pay attention to the nourishment of Yin.In his clinical practice,Professor Sun focuses on individual differences,adjusts medications,emphasizes the combination of disease and evidence,and takes benefit of Qi and warmth of Yang as the core,and diuresis of water to eliminate stagnation and activation of blood to regulate Qi as the key to achieve therapeutic effect.This article summarizes the consultation process of a patient with a long course of treatment and discusses Professor Sun's medication experience in treating heart failure.
