摘要
目的:分析培坤丸联合黄体酮治疗功能失调性子宫出血的效果。方法:使用电脑分组法将2021年1月—2023年10月肇庆市端州区妇幼保健院妇科收治的功能失调性子宫出血患者60例随机分为对照组(n=30)和试验组(n=30)。对照组接受黄体酮治疗,试验组接受培坤丸联合黄体酮治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、止血时间、治疗前后性激素水平、治疗前后疾病相关指标水平、不良反应发生率。结果:与对照组相比,试验组治疗总有效率、控制止血时间、完全止血时间更优(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,试验组雌二醇、促卵泡激素、促黄体生成素水平低于对照组,月经时间、血红蛋白水平、子宫内膜厚度优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组与试验组不良反应发生率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:黄体酮胶囊联合培坤丸治疗功能失调性子宫出血患者的效果较好,可以提高止血效果,改善性激素水平和疾病相关指标,且安全性与黄体酮胶囊单独治疗相当。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Peikun pill and progesterone on dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:Sixty patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to the Department of Gynecology of Zhaoqing Duanzhou District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and the experimental group(n=30)using computerized grouping method.The control group received progesterone treatment,and the experimental group received Peikun pill combined with progesterone treatment.Compared the total effective rate of treatment,hemostasis time,sex hormone level before and after treatment,disease-related index level before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment,the time of controlling hemostasis and the time of complete hemostasis of the experimental group were better(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the levels of estradiol,follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group,and the time of menstruation,the level of hemoglobin,and the thickness of the endometrium of the uterus of the experimental group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05);comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the experimental group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Progesterone capsule combined with Peikun pill is effective in treating patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding,which can improve the hemostatic effect,sex hormone level and disease-related indexes,and the safety is comparable to that of progesterone capsule alone.
