基于Fibersim的半球曲面铺层优化及性能评估 被引量:1

Composite lay-up optimization and performance evaluation of hemi spherical shell based on Fibersim

摘要 Fibersim是全球领先的复合材料设计软件,可为复合材料产品开发提供有效的分析结果,指导实际生产设计。采用平面拉伸法对平纹和斜纹碳纤维/环氧树脂预浸料的形变参数(极限角度(limit angle))进行表征,在此基础上,利用Fibersim软件对半球壳制件的铺层方案进行优化和实际验证。结果发现平面拉伸评价方案仅适用于平纹预浸料。提出斜纹预浸料形变参数的新定义,并验证了其有效性和合理性,得到的平纹织物预浸料的极限角度为19.30°、斜纹织物预浸料的极限角度为51.90°。此外,通过Fibersim仿真和实际铺覆验证实现了平纹和斜纹预浸料对球壳曲面的无褶皱铺覆,同时还制备了具有剪口和褶皱结构的样条并进行了性能测试,证明由Fibersim得到的预浸料剪口优化方案不仅能够优化制件外观,而且能够提高制件的力学性能。 Fibersim is a foremost software for composite design that delivers analytical outcomes for developing composite products and guidance for designing actual products.The deformation parameters(limit angle)of plain and twill carbon fiber/epoxy prepreg were characterized by plane stretching method.Based on this,the layup arrangement of the hemisphere shell has been improved and varified by Fibersim software.The results show that the plane stretching method is only suitable for plain prepreg.Then a new definition of the deformation parameters of the twill prepreg is proposed,and its validity and rationality are verified.The plain fabric prepreg has a limit angle of 19.30°,while the twill fabric prepreg has a limit angle of 51.90°.Moreover,the plain and twill prepreg can be applied to the surface of a hemispherical shell without any wrinkles through the use of Fibersim simulation and practical overlay,and also prepared samples with dart and wrinkle structure and performed performance tests.It is proved that Fibersim optimized prepreg cutting groove scheme can not only optimize the appearance of the workpiece,but also obtain better mechanical properties than the non-optimized scheme.
