摘要
传统的不动产房屋测量主要是外业人员采用全站仪和GPS-RTK相结合的方法完成野外测量工作,存在工作量大、要求高、误差大等诸多缺点。实验使用无人机航飞获取影像数据构建村镇的三维模型,采用二三维联动测图的方式得到村镇房屋不动产矢量数据,并对获取的数据进行精度分析。选择广西南宁某村镇为研究区,获取研究区的村镇房屋不动产矢量数据。结果表明,基于倾斜摄影测量进行村镇房屋调查可以满足精度要求,在保证作业精度的情况下提高工作效率。
Traditional real estate surveying mainly relies on field workers using a combination of total station and GPS-RTK to complete field surveying work,which has many disadvantages such as large workload,high require⁃ments,and huge errors.This article uses unmanned aerial vehicles(UVA)to obtain image data,constructs a threedimensional model of villages and towns,and uses a two-dimensional and three-dimensional linkage mapping method to obtain vector data of real estate in villages and towns.The accuracy of the obtained data results is ana⁃lyzed.Select a village and town in Nanning,Guangxi as the research area to obtain vector data of real estate proper⁃ties in the village and town.The results indicate that conducting village and town house surveys based on oblique photogrammetry can meet the accuracy requirements and improve work efficiency while ensuring operational accu⁃racy.
