摘要
目的 深入了解毒蛇咬伤患者及其家属对延续护理的真实需求,为开展延续护理服务提供参考依据。方法 2022年5~7月,应用现象学研究方法,对广西壮族自治区南宁市某2所蛇伤救治中心医院的12名毒蛇咬伤患者、8名家属进行半结构式深度访谈,对访谈资料进行转录、编码、分析、提炼主题。结果 毒蛇咬伤患者及其家属对“互联网+”延续护理需求可归纳为4个主题:知晓毒蛇咬伤相关知识的需求;专业健康指导的需求;情感和经济支持的需求;获取医疗服务资源和便捷延续护理服务渠道的需求。结论 毒蛇咬伤患者及其家属有多方面的延续护理需求。临床医护人员应加强针对性的疾病知识教育,指导家属参与毒蛇咬伤患者的康复照护,加强蛇伤救治中心医院与基层医院合作,开展延续护理服务,多方面完善社会支持体系,从而增强毒蛇咬伤患者的整体救治康复。
Objective To comprehensively understand the genuine needs of patients with snakebites and their families for continuation care,providing reference for the implementation of continuation care.Methods From May to July 2022,the phenomenological research method was applied to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews with 12 venomous snake bite patients and 8 family members from 2 Snake Trauma Center hospitals in Nanning City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.The interview data were transcribed,coded,analyzed,and themes were extracted.Results The needs of venomous snake bite patients and their families for "Internet + " transitional care can be summarized into four themes:the need to know the knowledge of venomous snake bite;The need for professional health guidance;The need for emotional and financial support;The need for access to medical service resources and convenient channels for transitional care services.Conclusion Venomous snake bite patients and their families have many needs for transitional care,from the perspective of the needs of patients and their families,clinical medical personnel should strengthen targeted disease knowledge education,guide family members to participate in the rehabilitation and care of venomous bite patients,strengthen the cooperation between hospitals and grassroots health institutions,carry out "Internet +" extended care services,and improve the social support system in various aspects,so as to enhance the overall treatment and rehabilitation of venomous bite patients.
