摘要
苏州河河口水闸为底轴驱动翻板门,在长期运行过程中出现了门叶中缝止水结构损坏漏水情况,漏水呈喷射状,影响水闸安全运行及外滩景观形象。因受外河潮水涨落影响和周边风貌区管理等条件限制,传统施工方案难以维修。为此,本文设计创造了静水作业条件和安装时定位调节等施工方案,并阐明了维修方案实施的详尽步骤,可供类似工程施工参考。
The Suzhou River Estuary Sluice employs a bottom-axis-driven flap gate.Over prolonged operation,the central seam waterstop structure of the gate leaf has been damaged,leading to water leakage.The leakage,characterized by a jetlike spray,compromises the safe operation of the sluice and affects the scenic image of the Bund area.Due to the tidal fluctuations of the outer river and restrictions from the management of the surrounding landscape zone,traditional construction methods are difficult to employ for repairs.Consequently,this paper designs and innovates construction solutions that create static water working conditions and adjust positioning during installation.It also elucidates the detailed steps for implementing the maintenance plan,providing a reference for similar engineering projects.
