摘要
目的探究在中和医派指导下应用腕踝针联合穴位敷贴治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法回顾性选取2023年1月—2023年10月赣南医科大学第二附属医院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者80例,根据治疗方案分为西医组(32例)和中医组(48例),西医组给予常规西药治疗,中医组采用腕踝针联合穴位敷贴治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果与西医组比较,中医组治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前下降,且中医组积分低于西医组(P<0.05);2组患者血清SP、PGE_(2)水平下降,β-EP水平上升,且中医组变化幅度均大于西医组(P<0.05);2组子宫动脉血流PI、RI较治疗前下降,且中医组下降幅度较西医组大(P<0.05)。结论中和医派指导下腕踝针联合穴位敷贴治疗慢性盆腔炎,可有效降低患者中医证候积分,降低血清炎性疼痛介质水平,改善子宫微循环,临床疗效显著。
Objective To explore the effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with acupoint application on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease under the guidance of Zhonghe medical school.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from January 2023 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into Western medicine group(32 cases)and traditional Chinese medicine group(48 cases)according to the treatment plan.The Western medicine group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the TCM group was treated with wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with acupoint application.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with Western medicine group,the total effective rate of TCM group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the TCM scores were lower than those in Western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of SP and PGE_(2)decreased andβ-EP increased in 2 groups,and the change range of TCM group was greater than that of Western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PI and RI of uterine artery blood flow in the 2 groups were decreased compared with that before treatment,and the decrease in the TCM group was greater than that in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the guidance of Zhonghe medical school,wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients,relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory pain mediators in serum,improve uterine microcirculation,and has significant clinical effect.
