摘要
目的:探究微信平台的护理干预对青少年正畸患者依从性及其口腔卫生的影响。方法:将80例青少年正畸患者分为两组,对照组行门诊宣教,观察组在对照组基础上开展微信平台护理,对两组患者依从性和口腔卫生相关指标进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者干预后各项口腔卫生指标数值均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微信平台护理干预在提升青少年正畸患者依从性以及保持患者口腔卫生方面的应用效果较好,值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the impact of outpatient education combined with WeChat platform nursing intervention on the compliance and oral hygiene of adolescent orthodontic patients.Methods:80 adolescent orthodontic patients were divided into two groups.The control group received outpatient education,while the observation group received WeChat platform nursing intervention in addition to outpatient education.The compliance and oral hygienerelated indicators of both groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,all oral hygiene indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of outpatient education and WeChat platform nursing intervention shows good application effects in improving compliance and maintaining oral hygiene among adolescent orthodontic patients,and is worthy of promotion and application.
