ftsW基因过表达对大肠杆菌耐药性的影响

摘要 目的:探究大肠杆菌MG1655中ftsW对细菌耐药性的影响。方法:在培养基中分别加入不同类型的抗生素,分别向其中转接相同浓度的野生型菌株以及ftsW过表达菌株并培养至对数生长期。取菌液进行梯度稀释,将稀释液于37℃培养箱过夜培养后分别观察大肠杆菌ftsW过表达菌株和野生型菌株的菌落形成单位数。结果:与野生型菌株相比,ftsW过表达菌株对β-内酰胺类抗生素、糖肽类抗生素、氨基糖苷类抗生素以及大环内酯类抗生素抗性增强(P<0.05)。结论:大肠杆菌MG1655中ftsW过表达能够提高细菌耐药性。 Objective:To explore the effect of ftsW on bacterial drug resistance in Escherichia coli MG1655.Methods:Different types of antibiotics were added to the medium,and wild-type strains and ftsW-overexpressing strains with the same concentration were transferred to the medium respectively,and then they were cultured to the logarithmic growth stage.After gradient dilution,the dilute solution was absorbed into solid medium and cultured at 37℃overnight.Then the colony formation units of ftsW overexpressing strains and wild type strains of Escherichia coli were observed.Results:Compared with wild-type strains,ftsW overexpressing strains had increased resistance toβ-lactam antibiotics,glycopeptide antibiotics,aminoglycoside antibiotics,and macrolides antibiotics(P<0.05).Conclusion:Overexpression of ftsW in Escherichia coli MG1655 can improve drug resistance.
