摘要 随着全球工业的飞速发展,加热炉作为热处理领域中的关键设备,其控制系统的性能对生产过程的效率和质量至关重要。工业炉的应用一方面提升了工业效率,但其控制精准性也成为较大难题。单片机技术不断成熟,相关应用广泛推进,其在实时控制系统中的优越性逐渐凸显。集中关注如何设计一套高性能、智能化的加热炉单片机模糊控制系统,以提高温度控制的精度和稳定性。从单片机技术与加热炉控制交互入手,探讨自适应模糊神经网络控制方法与规则,分析系统设计及编程方法以提高加热炉控制系统的技术水平,推动工业自动化领域的创新发展。通过优化加热炉控制系统,可以在提高生产效率的同时,实现能源的有效利用,为工业制造的可持续发展贡献力量。因此,加热炉单片机模糊控制系统的设计研究具有重要的理论和实际意义。 With the rapid development of global industry,heating furnace as a key equipment in the field of heat treatment,the performance of its control system is crucial to the efficiency and quality of the production process.On the one hand,the application of industrial furnaces has improved the industrial efficiency,but its control accuracy has also become a big problem.The technology of single chip microcomputer is ma-turing,the related applications are widely promoted,and its superiority in the real-time control system is gradually highlighted.This paper fo-cuses on how to design a set of high performance and intelligent MCU fuzzy control system for heating furnace to improve the accuracy and sta-bility of temperature control.Based on the interaction between SCM technology and furnace control,the adaptive fuzzy neural network control method and rules are discussed,and the system design and programming methods are analyzed to improve the technical level of furnace control system and promote the innovation and development in the field of industrial automation.By optimizing the control system of the heating fur-nace,the effective use of energy can be achieved while improving the production efficiency and contributing to the sustainable development of industrial manufacturing.Therefore,the design and research of the fuzzy control system of the single chip microcomputer of the heating furnace has important theoretical and practical significance.
