摘要
采用一般资料调查表、护士保护病人权利的道德行为量表、护理专业自我概念量表、道德敏感性问卷对四川省9所医院的274名ICU护士进行调查。结果显示,ICU护士保护病人权利的道德行为得分为(110.49±15.93)分。多重线性回归分析显示,是否接受道德/伦理培训、专业自我概念及道德敏感性是ICU护士保护病人权利的道德行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。ICU护士保护病人权利的道德行为处于中等偏上水平,护理管理者可加强医院道德培训,提升ICU护士专业自我概念水平,制定针对性的道德敏感性培养计划,促进ICU护士保护病人权利的道德行为水平。
A survey was conducted involving 274 ICU nurses from nine hospitals in Sichuan Province,utilizing a general information questionnaire,the nurse ethical behavior in protecting patient rights scale(NEBPPR),the professional self-concept of nurse instrument(PSCNI)and the Chinese version of moral sensitivity questionnaire(MSQ-R-CV).The results showed that the total score of the NEBPPR among ICU nurses was(110.49±15.93).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that factors such as the receipt of ethical training,professional self-concept and moral sensitivity significantly influenced ICU nurses'ethical behaviors in protecting patient rights(P<0.05).The level of moral behavior among ICU nurses in protecting patient rights is moderately high.Nursing managers can improve ICU nurses'ethical behavior by strengthening hospital ethics training,enhancing nurses'professional self-concept and developing a targeted ethical sensitivity development program.
