摘要
文章以南充市高校图书馆与公共图书馆服务联盟为例,探讨校地图书馆融合发展的优势与合作机制,分析联盟在融合发展背景下深入推进全民阅读的实践经验,包括建立高校科普基地、惠及社会特殊群体等,提出签订校地图书馆融合发展协议、建立融合发展组织机构和运行机制,以及与之相应的质量跟踪与评价体系等建议,为持续推动全民阅读提质增效提供借鉴。
Taking university libraries and public libraries service alliance of Nanchong as an example,this paper discusses the advantages and cooperation mechanism of the integrated development of universities and local public libraries,analyzes the practical experience of the alliance in further promoting national reading under the background of integrated development,including the establishment of a university science popularization base and benefiting special social groups,etc.It is proposed to sign a university and local public library integrated development agreement,establish an integrated development organization and operation mechanism,and the corresponding quality tracking and evaluation system,so as to provide reference for continuously promoting the quality and efficiency of national reading.
