摘要
为讨论聚氨酯(PU)用量对苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性沥青及铺路混合料高低温性能的影响,首先通过离析试验、动态剪切流变试验、低温弯曲梁流变试验分析了PU用量对SBS改性沥青储存稳定性和高低温流变性能的影响,然后以SBS改性沥青混合料为对照组,采用车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验探究了PU/SBS复合改性沥青混合料的抗高温性能和抗裂能力。结果表明,PU的添加不但提高了SBS改性沥青的储存稳定性,而且大幅度改善了SBS改性沥青及混合料的高温抗车辙能力和低温抗裂能力,建议PU用量为沥青的10%。
To discuss the influence of polyurethane(PU)amount on the high and low temperature properties of styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS)modified asphalt and the paving mixtures,the effects of PU dosage on the storage stability and high and low temperature rheological properties of SBS modified asphalt were analyzed through segregation test,dynamic shear rheological test and low-temperature bending beam rheological test.Then SBS modified asphalt mixture was used as control groupsꎬthe high temperature resistance and crack resistance of PU/SBS composite modified asphalt mixture were investigated through rutting test and low-temperature small beam bending test.The results showed that the addition of PU not only improved the storage stability of SBS modified asphalt,but also significantly improved the high-temperature resistance to rutting and low-temperature resistance to cracking of SBS modified asphalt and paving mixtures.It was recommended that the amount of PU should be 10% asphalt.
