摘要
介绍了粗杂铜原料验收结算及时率主要影响因素,通过精细化管理,加强过程控制,采取合理安排卸货、钻样和制样工作,加快异常原料处理流程等相应措施,降低了粗杂铜结算超时所占比例,提高了原料结算验收及时率。
This paper introduces the main factors affecting the timely rate of coarse and miscellaneous copper raw materials.Through fine management,strengthening process control,taking reasonable arrangement of unloading,drilling and sample preparation,speeding up the abnormal raw material processing process,we reduce the proportion of coarse and miscellaneous copper settlement overtime and improve the timely rate of raw material settlement and acceptance.
