棘胸蛙恶臭假单胞菌的分离鉴定及药敏分析

摘要 为进一步调查研究棘胸蛙(Quasipaa spinosa)的烂皮病,从病蛙皮肤患处分离出一株优势生长菌,经菌落培养、革兰氏染色观察、质谱分析、16S r RNA基因PCR(聚合酶链式反应)产物测序、回归感染试验,鉴定该革兰氏阴性杆菌为恶臭假单胞菌(Pseudomonas putida)。药敏试验结果表明:该恶臭假单胞菌分离株对多黏菌素、左氧氟沙星、链霉素、庆大霉素和阿米卡星敏感,对复方新诺明和红霉素中度敏感,对氯霉素、头孢唑林、氨苄西林和青霉素耐药。该研究结果为棘胸蛙烂皮病的理论研究和防治实践提供一定的依据。 To further investigate and study the rotten-skin disease of Quasipaa spinosa,the experiment isolated a strain of dominant growth bacterium from the affected skin of the diseased Quasipaa spinose and identified the Gram-negative bacilli as Pseudomonas putida after colony culture,Gram staining observation,mass spectrometry analysis,PCR product sequencing of 16S rRNA gene and regression infection test.The results of drug sensitivity test showed that the isolated Pseudomonas putida strain was sensitive to polymyxin,levofloxacin,streptomycin,gentamicin and amikacin,moderately sensitive to compound sulfamethoxazole and erythromycin,and resistant to chloramghenicol,cefazolin,ampicillin and penicillin.The results provide a certain basis for the theoretical research and practical prevention and treatment of rotten-skin disease in Quasipaa spinosa.
