摘要
目的 探究调神益智汤联合盐酸哌甲酯对注意缺陷多动障碍(肝肾阴虚证)患儿的疗效。方法 选取2021年11月至2022年12月于许昌市中心医院就诊的68例注意缺陷多动障碍(肝肾阴虚证)患儿作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各34例。对照组接受盐酸哌甲酯治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服调神益智汤。记录两组治疗3个月后临床疗效。比较两组中医证候积分、多动症状[多动障碍筛查量表(SNAP-Ⅳ)]、注意力控制[视听整合测试表(IVA-CPT)]、血清学指标[促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇(Cor)]的变化。结果 观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组中医证候积分、SNAP-Ⅳ评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组IVA-CPT评分、血清ACTH水平升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 调神益智汤联合盐酸哌甲酯对于注意缺陷多动障碍患儿疗效确切,能有效提高患儿注意力控制能力,缓解多动症状,对于患儿康复有利。
Objective To explore the effect of Tiaoshen Yizhi Decoction combined with methylphenidate hydrochloride on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(liver kidney Yin deficiency syndrome).Methods A total of 68 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome)who were treated at Xuchang Central Hospital from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with methylphenidate hydrochloride,while the observation group was given Tiaoshen Yizhi Decoction in addition to the control group.The clinical efficacy in the two groups after 3 months of treatment was recorded,and the changes in traditional Chinese medicine symptoms scores,hyperactivity symptoms[Swanson nolan and pelham,versionⅣscale(SNAP-Ⅳ)],attention control[integrated visual and auditory continuous performance test(IVA-CPT)]and serological indicators[adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),cortisol(Cor)]were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and SNAP-Ⅳscore decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the IVA-CPT scores and serum ACTH levels increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Tiaoshen Yizhi Decoction and methylphenidate hydrochloride has a definite therapeutic effect on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,which can effectively improve their attention control ability,alleviate hyperactivity symptoms,and is beneficial for their recovery.
