摘要
目的 观察耳穴压豆联合中频脉冲电刺激治疗脑卒中后尿潴留(URAS)的效果。方法 选取2021年5月至2022年5月在河南省中医院治疗的62例URAS患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(常规治疗联合中频脉冲电刺激)和试验组(常规治疗、中频脉冲电刺激联合耳穴压豆),对比两组效果。结果 试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(χ^(2)=4.292、4.026,P=0.038、0.044);治疗后试验组膀胱功能指标(膀胱最大容量、最大尿流量、残余尿量、排尿量、排尿积分)、生活质量评分(躯体功能、社会功能、情绪功能、活力、生理功能、心理功能、精神状态)、临床症状评分(腹部坠胀、疼痛、溢尿、尿频、尿不尽、排尿不畅)优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的膀胱功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组评分[(15.39±2.14)分]高于对照组[(9.23±1.14)分](P<0.05)。结论 耳穴压豆和中频脉冲电刺激治疗URAS的效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of auricular acupoint pressing bean and mid-frequency pulse electrical stimulation in the treatment of urinary retention after stroke(URAS).Methods A total of 62 URAS patients treated in Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly selected and divided into control group(conventional treatment and mid-frequency pulse electrical stimulation)and experimental group(conventional treatment,auricular point pressing bean and mid-frequency pulse electrical stimulation)by random number table method.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and and complication rate was lower than that of control group(χ^(2)=4.292,4.026,P=0.038,0.044).After treatment,the indexes of bladder function(maximum bladder volume,maximum urine flow,residual urine volume,urine output,urine score),quality of life evaluation(physical function,social function,emotional function,vitality,physiological function,psychological function,mental state)and clinical symptom scores(abdominal distention,pain,overflow,frequency of urination,incontinence,dysuria)in experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in bladder function scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of experimental group[(15.39±2.14)points]was higher than control group[(9.23±1.14)points](P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing bean and mid-frequency pulse electrical stimulation are effective in the treatment of URAS.
