摘要
急性心肌梗死发病率高、病情严重,不典型急性心肌梗死症状隐匿,易出现误诊、漏诊,延误早期规范治疗,死亡率较高。本研究分析1例以咽痛为临床表现的急性心肌梗死患者的诊疗过程,为不典型急性心肌梗死的早期诊断提供参考。
The incidence of acute myocardial infarction is high,the condition is serious,the symptoms of atypical acute myocardial infarction are hidden,misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis are easy to occur,and the early standard treatment is delayed,and the mortality is high.This study analyzed the diagnosis and treatment process of 1 case of acute myocardial infarction with pharyngeal pain as clinical manifestation,and provided reference for the early diagnosis of atypical acute myocardial infarction.
