摘要
介绍斯那姆氨汽提工艺蒸发脲甲醛系统流程及运行中存在的问题,分析认为运行中甲醛流量波动引起脲甲醛反应器压力波动是造成尿素熔融泵汽化的根本原因。通过采取优化改进和改造措施,减少了甲醛流量波动,稳定了脲甲醛反应器的压力,使尿素熔融泵不再出现汽化现象,降低了设备损坏风险,保证了尿素产品质量,延长了造粒系统运行周期。
Problems existed in urea formaldehyde evaporation system in Snamprogetti ammonia stripping process were described.The analysis showed that the formaldehyde flow fluctuation was the main reason causing the urea formaldehyde reactor pressure fluctuation,leading to the vaporization in the urea melt pump.The improvement measures were taken to reduce the flow fluctuation,therefore stabilize the pressure of urea formaldehyde reactor,avoiding vaporization,decreasing the risk of equipment failure,ensuring urea product quality and prolonging the operation cycle of prilling system.
