摘要
目的探讨全方位护理在脑梗患者中的应用价值。方法选取2022年8月—2023年8月在天津市海河医院进行住院治疗的80例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机将所有患者分为常规组和观察组各40例,常规组采用常规护理,观察组采用全方位护理。比较两组患者干预前后治疗依从性、负面情绪[焦虑评分(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁评分(self-rating depression scale,SDS)]、生活质量(36-item short form health survey,SF-36)及护理满意度。结果干预前两组治疗依从性、SAS、SDS、SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后治疗依从性、SAS、SDS、SF-36评分均优于治疗前,且观察组改善优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度100%高于常规组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全方位护理模式可提高脑梗死患者的治疗依从性,有利于减轻脑梗死患者的负面情绪,同时也可提高脑梗死患者的生活质量和护理满意度,值得临床借鉴推广。
Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction who were hospitalized in Tianjin Haihe Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study object,and all patients were randomly divided into routine group(n=40 cases)and the observation group(n=40 cases).The routine group adopted conventional nursing care,and the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing.The treatment compliance before and after the intervention,negative emotion[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),depression scale(SDS)],quality of life(36-item short form health survey,SF-36)and nursing satisfaction before and after the intervention were compared.Results Before intervention,treatment compliance,SAS score,SDS score,and SF-36 score showed no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,treatment compliance,SAS score,SDS score,and SF-36 score were significantly better than before intervention,and the observation group improved better than routine group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 77.50%in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing model can improve the treatment compliance of patients with cerebral infarction,which is conducive to reduce the negative emotions of patients with cerebral infarction,and improve the quality of life and nursing care satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
