摘要
中国石油学会作为科技交流与展示的重要窗口,充分发挥专业职能和行业优势,开展国际石油科技学术交流与合作,推进一流科技期刊建设,加速高水平石油科技人才培养,促进石油科普活动与决策咨询服务,近年各项工作取得积极进展。随着全球竞争加剧、对外合作难度加大,数智技术应用及跨学科研究快速发展,学会工作面临新的问题和挑战。文章探讨了进一步加强学术交流工作的发展策略及保障措施,提出要做精学术交流、深化科学普及、加强智库建设、拓展人才培养,在行业科技创造发明、交流传播和产业化应用等方面增强服务力度,不断扩大学会在石油石化科技领域影响力,推动行业科技进步和创新,促进行业新质生产力发展。
As an important window for scientific and technological exchange and demonstration,Chinese Petroleum Society(CPS)takes full advantage of professional functions and industrial priorities to promote academic exchange with the international petroleum community and publish the first-class scientific and technological periodical,accelerate cultivation of high-level petroleum technological talents,popularize petroleum science knowledge and provide advisory service for making decisions.It has made active progress in the above-stated areas in recent years.With global competition intensified and foreign cooperation becoming more difficult,the society is facing the new problems and challenges,such as rapid development of digital and intelligent technological application and cross-disciplinary study.This article discusses the development policies and assurance measures to further consolidate academic exchange,promote popularization of science knowledge,construct of think tank,invest more efforts for cultivation of talents,improve services for technological creation and invention,exchange and communication,and industrialized application.The society will strengthen its efforts to increase its influence in the petroleum and petrochemical technological area accelerate technological progress and innovation in the industry and promote the industrial development of new-quality production forces.
