摘要
提出了一种经简化处理的轴承载荷与轮轨力的传递关系,实现了线路实测轮轨力-时间历程测试数据向轴箱轴承载荷-时间历程的换算,根据该换算方法获得了轴箱轴承的线路服役载荷数据,结合雨流计数法完成了典型线路工况下轴箱轴承载荷谱编谱,并将之转化为包含概率信息的各级轴承垂向、横向载荷峰值。基于L-P寿命等效理论,提出了基于寿命等效的轴箱轴承载荷等效转换方法,以额定动载荷为轴承特征参数,形成了一套完整的将线路实测载荷谱等效为台架试验等效载荷的转换方法,实现了运用交路下台架试验评估技术。提出的相关方法可用于轴箱轴承的线路拟实试验评估工作,具有良好的可行性和操作性,为高速动车组轴箱轴承研发和综合服役性能评估提供借鉴和参考。
A simplified transfer relationship between axle-box bearing load and wheel-rail force was proposed to realize the conversion from line measurement data of wheel-rail force-time history to axle-box bearing load-time history.The data of line service load of axle-box bearing was obtained according to the transfer relationship.The load spectrum of axle-box bearing under typical line working conditions was compiled by using the rain-flow counting method.The peak values of vertical and lateral loads of every series of load spectrum were transformed with probability information.Based on the L-P life equivalent theory,a load equivalent conversion method of axle-box bearing was proposed based on life equivalent.With the rated dynamic load as axle-box bearing characteristic parameter,a complete conversion method was formed,which equated data of line service load spectrum of axle-box bearing to the equivalent load of bench test.The relevant method proposed in this paper can be used for simulation of service conditions and evaluation of comprehensive service performance of axle-box bearings,and has good feasibility and operability,and has reference significance for the research and development of high-speed EMU axle-box bearings.
