摘要
目的:观察益气健脾汤加味联合化疗对结直肠癌术后患者血清细胞因子及胃肠功能的影响。方法:84例结直肠癌患者根据随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组各42例。2组均给予两孔腹腔镜下根治术治疗,对照组术后给予化疗治疗,治疗组术后给予益气健脾汤加味联合化疗治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候评分及血清炎症因子、免疫功能指标(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+));比较2组临床疗效、首次排气时间、首次排便时间及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组总有效率85.71%,高于对照组66.67%(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候评分、外周血CD8^(+)及血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-6水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),外周血CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)升高(P<0.05),且治疗组中医证候评分、血清炎症因子及外周血CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05),外周血CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组首次排气时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气健脾汤加味联合化疗治疗能够加快患者胃肠功能恢复,改善炎症状态,提高免疫功能,降低不良反应的发生,临床疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the effect of modified Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with chemotherapy on serum cytokines and gastrointestinal function in patients after surgery of colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 84 patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with two-port laparoscopic radical surgery.The control group was treated with chemotherapy drugs after surgery,and the treatment group was treated with modified Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with chemotherapy after surgery.Compared the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,serum inflammatory factors,and immune function indicators(CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)).Compared the clinical effects,the first exhaust time,the first defecation time,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 85.71%in the treatment group,which was higher than that of 66.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,peripheral blood CD8^(+)levels,and serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αand interleukin(IL)-6 levels in both groups were declined when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the peripheral blood CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels were raised(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome scores,serum inflammatory factors and peripheral blood CD8^(+)levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the peripheral blood CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first exhaust time and first defecation time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Yiqi Jianpi Decoction combined with chemotherapy can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve inflammatory status,enhance immune function,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in patients,with significant clinical efficacy.
