摘要
单纯型肥胖症是一种由多种因素引起的慢性代谢性疾病,不仅影响美观,还会诱发其他慢性疾病,严重的危害患者身心健康。在机体的下丘脑中存在着一对完全相反的促食和抑食的神经元,调节着机体的能量稳态,目前已被证实针刺能够促进单纯性肥胖者胃肠抑食激素表达、提高其胃肠迷走神经活性从而将抑食信号及时的反馈至下丘脑抑摄食神经元,达到抑食行为,从而减少机体体重。现将十年来针刺对单纯性肥胖者下丘脑神经元相关抑食效果影响进行整理和综述。
Simple obesity is a chronic metabolic disease caused by a variety of factors,which not only affects aesthetics,but also induces other chronic diseases,seriously jeopardizing the physical and mental health of patients.In the hypothalamus of the body,there exists a pair of completely opposite pro-feeding and anti-feeding neurons,which regulate the energy homeostasis of the body.It has been proved that acupuncture can promote the expression of gastrointestinal anti-feeding hormone in the simple obese,improve the activity of the gastrointestinal vagus nerve,and thus the anti-feeding signals will be fed back to the hypothalamus in time for anti-feeding neuron,so as to achieve anti-feeding behaviors,thus reducing the body weight.The effects of acupuncture on hypothalamic neurons related to food suppression in simple obese people in the past ten years are now organized and reviewed.
