摘要
目的:对市场上生产、经营和使用的白鲜皮饮片进行抽样、检验、质量分析评价,指导市场监管。方法:抽取全国各地市场流通的33批次白鲜皮样品,以《中国药典》2020年版一部白鲜皮项下方法对其性状、鉴别、检查、浸出物、含量测定等进行研究。结果:33批次白鲜皮饮片的性状、鉴别、检查、浸出物、含量测定结果均符合限度规定;水分测定值总体趋势偏小,浸出物和含量测定值总体趋势偏大。结论:通过对33批次白鲜皮饮片的质量分析与评价,得出市场上的白鲜皮饮片质量良好。
Objective To conduct sampling,inspection,quality analysis and evaluation of white fresh skin decoction pieces produced,operated,and used in the market,and guide market supervision.Method 33 batches of fresh white skin samples circulating in markets across the country were selected,and their properties,identification,inspection,extracts,content determination,etc.were studied using the methods specified in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Results The properties,identification,inspection,extract,and content determination results of 33 batches of white fresh skin decoction pieces all meet the limit regulations;The overall trend of moisture measurement values is relatively small,while the overall trend of leachate and content measurement values is relatively large.Conclusion Through the quality analysis and evaluation of 33 batches of white fresh skin decoction pieces,it was found that the quality of white fresh skin decoction pieces on the market is good.
