摘要
目的探讨三线放松训练结合阶梯式护理在急性心肌梗死(AMI)经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者Ⅱ期心脏康复中的应用效果。方法使用随机数表法将2021年3月至2023年3月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的82例AMI PCI术后Ⅱ期心脏康复患者分为两组。对照组接受常规的康复方法联合三线放松训练法,观察组在对照组的基础上加用阶梯式护理方法,观察两组患者的正性负性情绪、生活质量以及心功能相关指标。结果训练后,观察组的正性情绪评分较高,而负性情绪评分较低(P<0.05);训练后,观察组的生活质量评分较高(P<0.05);训练后观察组的左室射血分数较低,而6 min步行距离较长(P<0.05)。结论对PCI术后且在Ⅱ期心脏康复中的AMI患者采用三线放松训练结合阶梯式护理方法能够改善情绪状态,提高患者的心功能水平,增强生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of three-line relaxation training combined with stepped care in phaseⅡcardiac rehabilitation of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 82 patients undergoing cardiac rehabilitation after AMI admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as study subjects,and the two groups were divided by random number method.The control group adopted the conventional rehabilitation method combined with three-line relaxation training method,and the observation group adopted stepped care on the basis of the control group.The positive negative mood,quality of life and cardiac function related indicators of the two groups were observed.Results After training,the positive emotion score of the observation group was higher,and the negative emotion score was lower(P<0.05).After training,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher(P<0.05).After training,the left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was higher,and the 6-minute walking distance was longer(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with AMI after PCI,the three-line relaxation training combined with stepwise nursing in phaseⅡcardiac rehabilitation can improve the emotional state,improve the cardiac function of patients and enhance the quality of life.
