摘要
目的设计一种区域康复中心信息系统,实现康复中心与各成员单位的信息互通,提升康复智慧服务能力。方法基于B/S架构,搭建Spring+SpringBoot+Mybatis框架,围绕事前(规范流程、智能排班)、事中(患者跟踪、治疗确认、数据监控反馈)、事后(数据输出、轨迹跟踪)多个维度进行物联信息系统的设计,实现各康复中心成员单位医院信息系统双向数据对接,实现区域各部门的信息互联。结果通过区域康复中心物联信息系统的使用,优化了康复治疗流程,提升了患者的治疗质量,实现了区域康复中心与成员单位的信息互通,实现康复设备的远程实时管理。医护人员日均有效工作时长、患者总满意度显著提高,二次转诊率显著降低,患者病程显著缩短,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论区域康复中心物联信息系统的运用对提高康复医疗质量具有重要价值。
Objective To design a regional rehabilitation center information system to achieve the information exchange between rehabilitation center and member units,and improve the wisdom of rehabilitation services.Methods Based on the B/S architecture,the framework of Spring+SpringBoot+Mybatis was built,and the Internet of Things information system was designed around the dimensions of pre-event(standardized process and intelligent scheduling),in-event(patient tracking,treatment confirmation,data monitoring and feedback)and post-event(data output and trajectory tracking),so as to realize two-way data docking of hospital information systems of member units of rehabilitation centers and realize information interconnection of regional departments.Results Through the use of the regional rehabilitation center digital management system,the rehabilitation treatment process in the hospital has been optimized,the quality of patient treatment services has been improved,the information exchange between the regional rehabilitation center and member units has been realized,and the remote real-time management of rehabilitation equipment was realized.The average effective working hours of medical staffs and the total satisfaction of patients were significantly improved,the second referral rate was significantly reduced,and the course of patients was significantly shortened,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of regional rehabilitation center digital management system is of great value to improve the quality of rehabilitation medical care.
