摘要
目的探讨儿科门诊抗菌药物用药处方点评对提升合理用药的作用。方法将2022年1月至2022年12月未加强用药处方点评的60张儿科门诊抗菌药物处方设为对照组,另选2023年1月至2023年12月加强用药处方点评的60张儿科门诊抗菌药物处方设为观察组,对两组处方针对的病情类型、抗菌药物使用频率、不合理处方进行统计和对比分析。结果两组处方针对支气管炎、支气管肺炎、咽炎、胃炎、扁桃体炎等病情类型对比,两组使用头孢克肟干混悬剂、注射用阿奇霉素、注射用头孢他啶、注射用哌拉西林舒巴坦、注射用头孢哌酮舒巴坦及其他等药物类型对比,均P>0.05。观察组抗菌药物不合理处方率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论儿科门诊抗菌药物用药处方点评的应用能有效指导合理用药,降低不合理用药率发生。
Objective To explore the effect of antibiotic prescription comments on improving rational drug use in pediatric outpatient department.Methods The 60 paediatric outpatient antimicrobial prescriptions without strengthened medication prescription review from January 2022 to December 2022 were set up as the control group,and the other 60 paediatric outpatient antimicrobial prescriptions with strengthened medication prescription review from January 2023 to December 2023 were set up as the observation group,and statistical and comparative analyses were conducted to analyse the types of illnesses targeted by the prescriptions of the two groups,the frequency of antimicrobial drug use,and the irrational prescriptions.Results Comparison of the two groups'prescriptions for bronchitis,bronchopneumonia,pharyngitis,gastritis,tonsillitis and other types of conditions,and comparison of the types of drugs used in the two groups,such as cefixime dry suspension,azithromycin for injection,ceftazidime for injection,piperacillin sulbactam for injection,cefoperazone sulbactam for injection,and other drugs,were all P>0.05.The rate of irrational prescribing of antimicrobial drugs in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of antibiotic prescription review in pediatric outpatient department can effectively guide rational drug use and reduce the incidence of irrational drug use.
