摘要
高校毕业生是国家宝贵的人才资源,作为青年劳动力的重要组成部分,其就业问题直接关系到国家经济的持续健康发展和社会民生稳定。然而,随着近年来高校毕业人数的逐年增加,高校毕业生的就业指导工作存在的育人作用不充分、以学生为中心体现不足、业务系统低效分散等问题更加凸显。基于此,本文将从政策背景、社会环境、技术发展、就业状况四个角度分析当前高校就业服务面临的主要问题和根本挑战,并对相应的对策进行探讨,以期为推动高校就业服务的数字化转型贡献些许力量。
College graduates are a valuable talent resource for the country.As an important part of the youth labor force,their employment issues are directly related to the sustained and healthy development of the national economy and the stability of social livelihood.However,with the increasing number of college graduates in recent years,the problems of insufficient educational role,insufficient student-centered expression,and inefficient and scattered business systems in the employment guidance work of college graduates have become more prominent.Based on this,this article will analyze the main problems and fundamental challenges faced by current university employment services from four perspectives:policy background,social environment,technological development,and employment status,and explore corresponding countermeasures,in order to contribute some strength to promoting the digital transformation of university employment services.
