摘要
目的:探讨专科特色优质护理结合血糖控制对江苏省无锡市人民医院急诊重症监护室(EICU)危重症患者的应用价值。方法:研究对象为江苏省无锡市人民医院收治的70例EICU危重症患者(2021年9月—2023年12月),按照进入EICU的顺序进行分组,分为参照组(常规护理,35例)与试验组(专科特色优质护理结合血糖控制,35例)。观察指标为血糖控制情况及血糖不稳情况。结果:试验组患者血糖控制情况比参照组好,且无血糖不稳的情况,P<0.05。结论:对EICU危重症患者实施专科特色化优质护理结合血糖控制可有效控制血糖,降低患者高血糖、低血糖等并发症发生风险,从而减少医疗资源消耗,提高护理质量。
Objective:To explore the application value of specialty-specific quality care combined with blood glucose control for critically ill patients in the Emergency Care Unit(EICU)of Jiangsu Wuxi People's Hospital.Methods:The study object was seventy cases of critically ill patients admitted to the EICU of Jiangsu Wuxi People's Hospital(September 2021-December 2023),grouped according to the order of entry into the EICU,and divided into the reference group(routine care,thirty-five cases)and the experimental group(specialty-specific quality nursing care combined with blood glucose control,thirty-five cases).The observation indexes were the situation of blood glucose control and the situation of blood glucose instability.Results:Patients in the experimental group had better blood glucose control than the reference group,and there was no case of blood glucose instability(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of specialty-specific quality care combined with blood glucose control for critically ill patients in EICU can effectively control blood glucose,reduce the risk of complications such as hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia in patients,thus reducing the consumption of medical resources and improving the quality of care.
