摘要 针对不锈钢管自动氩弧焊易产生焊接变形的特性,通过控制坡口型式、装配工艺和焊材参数,并在焊接过程中通过测量焊接变形进而调整焊接位置的方式可以有效控制焊接变形,保证不锈钢管的直线度不超差。该工艺已成功应用于长度为2 200 mm,直径为210 mm,厚度为20 mm的304LN不锈钢管焊接。在该不锈钢管上有4条焊缝,焊后最终轴心线直线度控制为0.3 mm。 Aiming at the characteristic of easy welding deformation in automatic argon arc welding of stainless steel pipes,the welding deformation can be effectively controlled by controlling the groove type,assembly process,and welding material parameters,and adjusting the welding position by measuring the welding deformation during the welding process,ensuring that the straightness of stainless steel pipes does not exceed the tolerance.This process has been successfully applied to the welding of 304LN stainless steel pipes with a length of 2 200 mm,a diameter of 210 mm,and a thickness of 20 mm.There are 4 welds on the stainless steel pipe,and the final straightness of the axis after welding is controlled to 0.3 mm.
