摘要
目的分析在消毒供应室护理管理工作中应用全过程管理控制模式的效果。方法抽取2022年10月至2023年10月在我院住院治疗的患者240例,同时,抽取我院消毒供应室护理工作人员25名作为本次研究对象。以是否实施全过程管理控制模式分为实施前(2022年10月至2023年3月)和实施后(2023年4月至2023年10月)两组,各120例。对比两组患者医院感染率、护理管理质量评分情况以及护理工作差错率。结果实施全过程管理控制模式后,医院感染率低于实施前,各项护理质量(器械清洗、器械灭菌、器械包装及器械回收)评分均高于实施前,各项护理差错率(器械管理、器械清洁、器械检查及灭菌/包装未达标)均低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应室护理管理工作中应用全过程管理控制模式可显著提升护理管理质量、降低护理差错及医院感染发生率。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying the whole process management control model in the nursing management of sterilization supply room.Methods A total of 240 patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected,and at the same time,25 nursing staff members of the sterilization supply room of our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into two groups of 120 cases each with whether or not the whole process management and control model was implemented into the preimplementation(from October 2022 to March 2023)and post-implementation(from April 2023 to October 2023)groups.The hospital infection rate,nursing management quality score,and nursing error rate were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of the whole process management control model,the rate of hospital infection was lower than that before implementation,the scores of the quality of care(device cleaning,device sterilization,device packaging and device recovery)were higher than that before implementation,and the rates of errors in nursing care(device management,device cleaning,device checking and sterilizing/packaging not up to standard)were lower than that before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of the whole process management control model in the nursing management of the sterilization supply room can significantly improve the quality of nursing management and reduce the incidence of nursing errors and hospital infections.
