摘要 血管活性肠肽(vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP)是一种内源性神经肽,广泛存在于机体中枢神经系统和肠神经系统。VIP在肝脏的生理和病理调节中发挥重要作用,可影响肝脏的造血功能,肝脏也可参与到VIP的代谢进程中。VIP既可刺激诱导肝癌癌细胞的增殖,也可以保护肝脏免受缺血再灌注损伤。肝硬化患者VIP升高导致外周血管扩张,从而影响胆囊运动和肾脏功能。VIP作为一种潜在的治疗靶点在肝脏疾病的研究中尤为重要,然而目前缺乏对VIP在肝脏疾病中作用的总结。本文叙述了VIP的结构功能以及VIP在肝脏疾病中相关的治疗进展,详细分析了其在多种肝脏疾病进程中所扮演的重要角色,提出VIP可作为某些肝脏疾病诊断的潜在“标志物”以及针对VIP为肝脏疾病治疗靶点的防治手段,为临床上治疗肝脏疾病提供新的研究思路。 Vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)is an endogenous neuropeptide widely found in the central nervous system and enteric nervous system of the organism.VIP plays an important role in the physiological and pathological regulation of the liver,which can affect the hematopoietic function of the liver,and the liver can also be involved in the metabolic process of VIP.VIP can both stimulate the induction of proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cancer cells and also protects the liver from ischemia-reperfusion injury.Elevated VIP in cirrhotic patients leads to peripheral vasodilatation,which affects gallbladder motility and renal function.VIP is particularly important as a potential therapeutic target in the study of liver diseases.However,there is a lack of domestic and international summaries of the role of VIP in liver diseases.This work describes the structure and function of VIP and the therapeutic progress of VIP in liver diseases,analyzes in detail its important role in the process of various liver diseases,and proposes that VIP can be used as a potential“marker”for the diagnosis of certain liver diseases and a preventive and curative method for the therapeutic target of VIP in liver diseases,which will provide a new research idea for the treatment of liver diseases in the clinic.
