摘要
火电厂中循环冷却水系统容易滋生微生物,并形成生物黏泥,影响机组性能与安全,因此需要通过加入杀菌剂以控制微生物。长期使用单一种类的杀菌剂容易使微生物产生抗药性,导致杀菌剂失效,因此该研究拟采用氧化型杀菌剂与非氧化型杀菌剂交替的方式进行加药。研究对非氧化性杀菌剂进行筛选,通过比对杀菌效果与黏泥杀菌效果确定目标药剂和加药浓度。同时,对加药前后菌落结构的变化进行比对。最后现场加药实验表明,方案可取得较好微生物防治效果。
The circulating water cooling system in thermal power plant is easy to breed microorganisms and form biological slime,which affects the performance and safety of the unit,so it is necessary to add fungicides to control microorganisms.Long-term use of a single type of fungicides is easy to cause microbial resistance,resulting in fungicides failure,so this study intends to use oxidizing fungicides and non-oxidizing fungicides alternately.In this study,non-oxidizing fungicides were screened,and the target agent and concentration were determined by comparing the germicidal efficacy and slime germicidal efficacy.At the same time,the changes of colony structure before and after adding drugs were compared.Finally,the field experiment shows that the scheme can achieve better microbial control effect.
