摘要
目的探讨基于Snyder希望理论的护理干预对康复期女性精神分裂症患者希望水平和生活质量的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将南通市第四人民医院2021年1月至12月住院的60例康复期女性精神分裂症患者分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受基于Snyder希望理论的护理干预,比较两组希望水平[Herth希望量表(HHI)]和生活质量[精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)]。结果干预后,观察组HHI各维度评分及总分较对照组更高(P<0.05);两组SQLS各维度评分及总分低于干预前,且观察组上述评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于Snyder希望理论的护理干预在提升康复期女性精神分裂症患者希望水平、改善生活质量方面的效果较好。
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on Snyder’s hope theory on hope level and quality of life in female schizophrenic patients during rehabilitation period.Methods A total of 60 female schizophrenic patients during rehabilitation period who were hospitalized in Nantong Fourth People’s Hospital from January to December 2021 were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received nursing intervention based on Snyder’s hope theory.The hope level(Herth hope index[HHI])and quality of life(schizophrenia quality of life scale[SQLS])were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the each dimension scores and the total score of the HHI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SQLS in each dimension and the total score of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the above scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on Snyder’s hope theory has a good effect on improving the hope level and quality of life of female patients with schizophrenia during the rehabilitation pe riod.
