摘要
[目的]为了研究噻虫嗪与氟吡呋喃酮及其分别与增效剂混用后对牧草盲蝽的生物活性。[方法]以噻虫嗪、氟吡呋喃酮作为供试药剂,青皮橘油、农用有机硅助剂为增效剂,采用叶管药膜法对牧草盲蝽进行室内生物活性测定,并用茎叶喷雾法进行田间药效试验。[结果]室内噻虫嗪、氟吡呋喃酮对牧草盲蝽LC_(50)值(48 h)分别为25.712、24.113 mg/L,噻虫嗪、氟吡呋喃酮各减量30%后分别与青皮橘油、农用有机硅助剂混配,48 h增效比分别为1.021、2.799、1.046、2.228。田间噻虫嗪在105.00 g a.i./hm^(2)剂量下,施药1 d后对牧草盲蝽的防治效果达到66.63%,具有很好的速效性;氟吡呋喃酮在76.50 g a.i./hm^(2)剂量下,施药3、5、7 d后对牧草盲蝽的防效均在70.00%以上,持效期明显。氟吡呋喃酮推荐剂量减量30%+农用有机硅助剂对牧草盲蝽的防效优于其他处理组。[结论]噻虫嗪、氟吡呋喃酮可有效防治牧草盲蝽,其中氟吡呋喃酮+农用有机硅助剂混配使用后增效作用最佳,可为新疆棉区牧草盲蝽的绿色防控技术提供科学依据。
[Aims]In order to study the biological activity of thiamethoxam and flupyradifurone,as well as their respective mixtures with synergists,on Lygus pratensis.[Methods]Thiamethoxam and flupyradifurone were used as test insecticides,and green peel orange oil and agricultural organosilicon additives were used as synergists.The leaftube residual bioassay was used to determine the laboratory activity against L.pratensis,and the stem leaf spray method was used to conduct the field efficacy trial.[Results]The laboratory test results showed that the LC_(50)(48 h)values of thiamethoxam and flupyradifurone against L.pratensis were 25.712,24.113 mg/L respectively.When thiamethoxam and flupyradifurone were reduced by 30%each and mixed with green peel orange oil or agricultural organosilicon additives separately,the 48 h synergistic ratios were 1.021,2.799,1.046,and 2.228 respectively.In field efficacy test,at a dose of 105 g a.i./ha,thiamethoxam achieved a control effect of 66.63%on L.pratensis on day 1after application,indicating good quick bioactivity;at a dose of 76.5 g a.i./ha,the control effect of flupyradifurone on L.pratensis was above 70.00%on days 3,5 and 7 after application,with a significant persistent bioactivity.Flupyradifurone at 70%of recommended dosage used with agricultural organosilicon additive had better control effects on L.pratensis than other treatment groups.[Conclusions]Thiamethasone and flupyradifurone can effectively prevent and control L.pratensis,among which flupyradifurone mixed with agricultural organosilicon additive has the best synergistic effect,which can provide scientific basis for green prevention and control technology of L.pratensis in cotton areas of Xinjiang.
