摘要
圆运动理论起源于河图洛书,萌芽于先后天八卦和《周易》,实际应用于《黄帝内经》,《伤寒论》将气机运动与人体脏腑经络相结合,清代黄元御《四圣心源》提出了“一气周流,土枢四象”的理论,为圆运动理论奠定了基石。小儿非特异性功能性腹痛主要病机为脏腑气机阻滞、气血运行不畅,脉络痹阻,不通则痛;或脏腑经脉失养,不荣则痛。可以简单概括为不通则痛、不荣则痛,发病涉及的脏腑、经络较多,在诊治上要结合全面查体及相关辅助检查排除炎症及器质性病变,四诊合参,病症结合。临证时,患儿若属腹部中寒,则予良附丸散寒行气;若属乳食积滞,则予香砂平胃散理气消食;若属肝气乘脾,则予四逆散疏肝健脾;若属脾胃虚寒,则予黄芪建中汤温中健脾。
The theory of Qi circular motion,which is originated from He Tu Luo Shu,sprouted in Eight-trigram and Zhou Yi and was applied to medicine in Huang Di Nei Jing.In Shang Han Lun,the Qi movement and the meridians of the human Zang and Fu were discussed in combination.The theory of"Yi Qi Zhou Liu,Tu Shu Si Xiang"was put forward in Si Sheng Xin Yuan,which was written by Huang Yuanyu in the Qing Dynasty,which laid the cornerstone for the Qi circular motion theory.The main pathogenesis of non-specific functional abdominal pain in children is the blockage of Qi and qi in Zang and Fu,poor flow of Qi and blood,obstruction of the meridians and collaterals,which induces pain.or the Zang and Fu meridians are not nourished well,which induces pain.It can be simply summarized as pain caused by blockage and lack of nutrition,and the onset of the disease involves many Zang and Fu as well as meridians,and it is necessary to combine comprehensive physical examination and related auxiliary examinations to exclude inflammation and organic lesions in the diagnosis and treatment.Treatment should be carried out based on comprehensive reference of Four Diagnosis Method as well as combination differentiation of disease and syndrome.In clinic,if the child suffers the abdomen cold,Liangfu Pill can be used to dissipate Cold and Qi;For stagnation of milk and food in children,Xiangsha Pingwei Powder can be applied to regulate Qi and help with digestion;For Liver Qi injuring Spleen syndrome,Sini Powder can be used to disperse Liver Qi and strengthen the Spleen;For deficiency and cold Spleen and Stomach,Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction can be used to warm and strengthen the Spleen.
