摘要
研究抗撕裂树脂AD-1600在矿用全钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:随着抗撕裂树脂AD-1600用量的增大,胶料的t90延长,定伸应力和拉伸强度略降低,拉断伸长率先提高后降低,抗撕裂性能和抗切割性能显著提高;当抗撕裂树脂AD-1600用量为6份时,胶料的抗撕裂性能和抗切割性能最佳,且生热较低。
The application of tear resistant resin AD-1600 in the tread compound of all-steel radial tires for mining was studied.The results showed that as the amount of tear resistant resin AD-1600 increased,the t90 of the compound was prolonged,the tensile stress and tensile strength slightly decreased,the elongation at break increased first and then decreased,the tear resistance and cutting resistance were significantly improved.When the amount of tear resistant resin AD-1600 was 6 phr,the tear resistance and cutting resistance were the best,and the heat build-up was low.
