摘要
利用熔体过热技术对ZL101合金进行了不同过热温度和保温时间的熔体处理,利用金相显微分析及硬度测试分析其工艺特点。结果表明在820°C保温25 min时组织形态最好,α-Al枝晶较细,共晶Si为短棒或颗粒状且分布均匀。经熔体过热处理后,ZL101的显微硬度得到了显著的提升。
ZL101 alloy was treated with different superheating temperatures and holding times by melt superheating technology,and its process characteristics were analyzed by metallographic microanalysis and hardness test.The results showed that the microstructure was the best when the temperature was kept at 820°C for 25 min,theα-Al dendrite was fine,and the eutectic Si was short rod or granular and evenly distributed.After melt superheat treatment,the microhardness of ZL101 has been significantly improved.
