摘要
高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量。高校辅导员廉洁文化建设,有利于为党育人、为国育才,有利于推进师德师风建设,有利于学生健康成长,有利于辅导员个人职业发展。高校辅导员廉洁文化建设呈现出建设主体多元、建设方式多样、影响因素综合复杂、目标任务高远、监督方式广泛全面的基本特征。高校辅导员廉洁文化建设,马克思主义是魂,中华优秀传统文化是根。要把握好“辅”与“导”的本质及其相互关系。
University student life advisors are the backbone of ideological and political education for university students.The integrity construction among these advisors is conducive to educating people for the Party and cultivating talents for the nation,promoting the construction of faculty’s ethics and conducts,fostering the healthy growth of students,and aiding the professional development of the advisors.The construction of integrity culture among the advisors is characterized by diverse subjects,various methods,comprehensive and complex influencing factors,high goals,and multiple supervision methods.And in the construction process,Marxism serves as the core spirit,and China’s excellent traditional culture is the base.It is essential to understand the essence and interrelationship of“advising”and“guiding.”
