摘要
作为一类具有极低玻璃化转变温度和优异耐极性溶剂性能的新型弹性体,对制备全氟聚醚基弹性体的主要原料——全氟聚醚的结构和分子量进行了简要介绍;对含三嗪环全氟聚醚弹性体、全氟聚醚硅弹性体和全氟聚醚-聚氨酯弹性体三种典型弹性体的结构、合成方法和性能的研究进展进行了总结;最后展望了全氟聚醚基弹性体的发展方向和市场前景。
Perfluoropolyether(PFPE)-based elastomers were new elastomers with extremely low glass transition temperature and excellent resistance to polar solvents.The structure and molecular weight of PFPE,the main raw material for preparing PFPE-based elastomers,were briefly introduced.The structures,synthesis methods and properties of three typical elastomers,including PFPE elastomer containing triazine ring,PFPE silicone elastomer and PFPE polyurethane elastomer,were summarized with 26 references.Finally,the development direction and market prospect of PFPE-based elastomers were prospected.
