摘要
我国木材资源缺乏,农业剩余物(麦秸和稻草)十分丰富,合理利用农业剩余物作为人造板生产的原料,部分替代木材原料,是缓解我国木材供应矛盾的有效措施本文分别对木材和麦秸/稻草制造木草复合板的工艺过程进行了研究,分析了木草复合板性能与原料配比之间的关系,结果表明:在密度750kg/m3,施胶量为12%,原料配比为20%时,木草复合板的各项性能指标可以达到国家刨花板标准的要求,如采取适当措施,混合比可提高到30%。
The major problem of wood-hased panel industry in China is wood resources shortage.This problemcan he solved by partly replacing wood with agrieultural fibers(wheat and rice straw).The main objective of thisstudy was to investigate the impact of substitution level of wood particles by wheat or rice straw particles.28wood-straw particleboard panels of mixed raw material were manufactured in laboratory.Physical and mechanicalproperties such as the modulus of rupture(MOP),internal bond strength(IB)and thickness swelling(TS)weretested.The results indicated that the properties of wood-straw particleboard with 20% substitution level can meetthe requirements of National Particle Standard when the board density is 750 kg/m3 and UF resin content 12%,and 30% substitution level is possible in practice.
